Invented by Maison Rosière nearly 70 years ago, this candy was named after Philomène Adjemian, the Founder's wife.
It contains a small almond Avola Princess of Sicily with a hint of vanilla from Madagascar and a very thin cover of sugar ... simply unique and irresistible!
